Employment relations in gendered and marginalised work

My PhD and Research Fellowship at Leeds University Business School focused on employment relations in gendered and marginalised work in England. Read the report here.

Freelance research and impact work

Over the years, I have supported several charities, government agencies and grassroots organisations with the development and implementation of research.

This has included providing advice, designing research projects, executing projects, analysing data, writing reports, and training peer-researchers.

I have occasional availability to take on more projects like this, and am especially interested in research related to marginalised workers, sensitive topics, and hard-to-reach populations.
